Administrative/Office Assistance - Administrative volunteers assist departments with various office tasks such as making phone calls, filing, data entry, photo copying, preparing mailings, etc. (Note: Administrative volunteers occur on an as need basis and are determined by current projects.) 
Prerequisites:
- Training - 101: Orientation
- Experience working in an office setting
DO: Guest Guide - Dive Immersion - Guest Guide volunteers for the Dive Immersion department greet guests arriving for the program, assist with guest check-in and guide family/friends of the divers & swimmers to the tunnel and big window in Ocean Voyager to take photos.
Prerequisites:
- Training - 101: Orientation
- Availability to work 2:30 - 7:30 (or Weekends 10:30 - 1:30)
- Training - 230: Ocean Voyager Training
- Training - 231: Dive Immersion Training
- Completed 3 shifts in Ocean Voyager
- Taken a Behind-the-Scenes Tour with Guest Programs
Plant & Engineering - Plant & Engineering volunteers assist with the maintenance and facilities management of the Aquarium. This includes making daily rounds and fixing needed items.
Prerequisites:
- Training - 101: Orientation
- On-the-job training with Plant & Engineering Department
Life Support Operations - Life Support Operations volunteers assist LSS maintenance staff with making salt water and maintaining the pipes and wires that support the exhibits.
Prerequisites:
- Training - 101: Orientation
- Engineering background preferred (but not required)
- On-the-job training with the Life Support Operations Department
