The New Georgia Aquarium Total Ticket and What This Means to You:

Any non-expired volunteer tickets you currently have are still valid in 2012 until they expire. There is no need to exchange them for new tickets.

Starting January 1st, 2012, your tickets will now give to your guest(s) admission to all six permanent galleries, the AT&T Dolphin Tales show, Deepo’s Undersea 3D Wondershow and access to all traveling exhibitions. Entry to shows is always based on availability. Please instruct your guest(s) to stop by the Information Desk to redeem their ticket for AT&T Dolphin Tales & Deepo show times.

Volunteer Passes, Volunteer Family & Friend Annual Passes and Guest Passes carry the same benefits as Annual Imagination Pass holders. All pass holders will have to stop at any POS or Information Desk to have their pass scanned for an AT&T Dolphin Tales & Deepo show ticket. Entry to shows is always based on availability. (There is only one entry per pass, per day)
Straight from the Guests' Mouth
On a regular basis we receive reports from Mystery Shoppers visiting Georgia Aquarium. These reports provide us with valuable feedback on the Guest experience, from finding their way to the Aquarium entrance to their experiences at the exhibits to the conclusion of their visit. Time and time again, the Mystery Shoppers cite their interactions with our team members as one of the highlights of their visit.
Besides following up on specific comments, we compile the Mystery Shopper reports each quarter and would like to share with you the names of volunteers the Mystery Shoppers commended in their reports. Please see below for a list of the volunteers mentioned in the first quarter of 2012:
